Astronaut Dream - Guests
Rick and I have been traveling since December 25, 2025. We started in Taiwan and every city we have been in, when Sunday came along, we have looked for a place to worship that was in English. Most often we were able to find an English speaking service and find fellowship along our travels. When traveling for weeks on end we miss our family most and second to that is community. The blessing to worship with believers from different cultures and backgrounds has been such a blessing for us. No matter the differences in cultures, we have one thing in common come Sunday morning - we love Jesus and are there to worship him together.
We were able to return to one church that we visited two years ago in a country I will not mention it for confidential reasons. The first time we visited this small, evangelical church, we met a young, single woman full of joy in the Lord and hopes for her future. We haven’t communicated much since then, but when I hear from her, I’m continually amazed and blessed to see how God speaks to her through her dreams.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get to see her this time around, but a few months after my visit she reached out and sent me another beautiful dream of hers. Because of the issues taking place in her life, it’s not time to share that dream. I hope there will be a time in the future when after it comes to fruition that it can be shared to again show you the love of God when we are listening to him in the night. God loves us and loves to be involved in the details of our lives if we let him.
God is doing much in her life. As we continued communicating, she shared how God reminded her of a past dream from long ago. What I loved about this particular dream, besides how it spoke to directly to her at this time in her life, is how it can speak to all of us, regardless of our situation and cultural backgrounds. I have had a few dreams like this and they are currently on the blog. When I have had a dream that is universal in nature, I love to share it because I pray that many can glean an encouraging word from it no matter our different our situations are. This dream is short, yet so profound; a beautiful visual how God wants us to thrive. It has a message of encouragement and is quite profound no matter the country you are from, your cultural background, or your life situation. I believe you will read this brief dream and see what God was conveying to her in the night and know that God wants you to experience the same sense of comfort and peace no matter what you are going through.

I’m going through a situation at work and praying about a possible transition in my life. As I was continuing to pray and seek the Lord for guidance, he reminded me of a dream I had a long time ago about going into space without a uniform as astronauts do, for God is with me. I could breath without any problem as humans are equipped to survive. But it is God who prepares me to thrive, not just survive. I have been surviving and not felt lively where I work for a long time now. I need to breath in new air and live lively for God and His Kingdom more! God is with me!
She added that she does not have to fear and that she can walk towards what God has planned for her and know his plans for her will unfold beyond anything she can think or imagine. Ephesians 3:20
